Click the red “Download” button under Windows and a program TeamviewerQSWIN.zip will download to your computer. If you are using Firefox then save the file.

Single click on the downloaded program TeamviewerQSWIN.zip. Window will open then double click on the TeamviewerQSWIN.exe to install the program.

Single click on “RUN” to begin the install and “YES” when the User Account Control windows opens.

Wait a short period and then a window will open. Accept the EULA License and then after another short period a window opens that contains your ID and PASSWORD.

Click the purple “Download” button under Windows and a program TeamviewerQSMAC.zip will download to your computer.

Double click on the downloaded program TeamviewerQSMAC.zip then TeamviewerQSMAC.dmg will appear on your desktop and a blue window will open for Teamviewer.

Double click the Teamviewer icon and then a window will open that contains your ID and PASSWORD.
